Grandeur Lyra — Your Melody, Mechanically Preserved

The Grandeur Lyra is a 42 mm tonneau-shaped mechanical timepiece created around one extraordinary idea: a music box watch that can play the melody you choose.

Its main feature is a changeable mechanical music box cylinder, allowing the owner to replace the cylinder and experience different melodies within the same watch. Each music cylinder is produced using metal 3D-printing technology, enabling Grandeur to create highly precise, customized melody cylinders for each client.

Beyond Grandeur’s standard melody options, customers will be able to personalize their own music cylinder through the Grandeur website. A client may select or submit a preferred song or melody, and Grandeur will transform that melody into a dedicated mechanical cylinder — turning a personal piece of music into a physical horological component.

This makes Lyra more than a watch. It becomes a personal mechanical instrument: a timepiece that can carry a memory, a love song, a family theme, a wedding melody, or any meaningful composition chosen by its owner.

At the heart of Lyra is an in-house mechanical movement with separate power-reserve barrels: one dedicated to timekeeping, and another dedicated to the music box mechanism. This allows the hours and minutes to remain independent from the musical complication, preserving stable timekeeping while giving the music system its own source of energy.

The case measures 42 mm wide, with a balanced 50 mm lug-to-lug length and a refined 12 mm thickness. Crafted in titanium with gold plating, the case is finished with additional protective layers for enhanced scratch resistance. The case sides and dial feature intricate laser engraving, followed by careful hand-finishing to create depth, contrast, and artisanal character.

Protected by sapphire glass and paired with a thick crocodile leather strap, the Grandeur Lyra unites fine watchmaking, music, personalization, engraving, and modern manufacturing technology in one expressive timepiece.
