We are a small atelier in Texas, and we sign our work. Every Grandeur leaves with a 2-year international limited warranty — and a quieter promise that outlasts it: for as long as we're here, so are the parts, the tools, and the hands that made your watch.

2 Years, Wherever You Are
Every watch ships with a 2-year international limited warranty. Should a manufacturing or movement defect appear, the atelier that built your watch repairs it at no charge — the same hands, the same bench, the same standard it left with.
When the warranty period closes, our workshop does not. Send your watch to Missouri City at any point in its life — next year, or in thirty. Post-warranty service is paid work, priced fairly, with a transparent quote before a single screw is turned.
The quiet enemy of a mechanical watch is not wear; it is discontinued parts. For as long as Grandeur operates, every component of every calibre remains available to purchase — a jumping-hour spring, a tourbillon bridge, a single screw — fitted at our bench, or by any watchmaker you trust.
While our doors are open, no watch of ours is orphaned
