RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.
Note: Customized products, gift cards, and discounted items are not eligible for return.

REFUNDS
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

A refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company; it may take time for the refund to be officially posted.

Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@grandeur-usa.com.

Note: Sale items are non-refundable. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

EXCHANGES
We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or unused and in the same condition as when received, in the original packaging.
Exceptions: Customized products and gift cards cannot be exchanged.

Exchange Guidelines:

You can replace your item with a product of equal or lesser value.

If you wish to exchange for a higher-priced product, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
